With the onset of the rainy season, Ghanaians have been advised to take precaution and stay alert to avert devastating effects of floods in the country.
Recounting the losses people suffer during floods, Panellists at the second Webinar organised by the National Planning Committee of the World Water Day Celebration charged residents to desilts drains in front of their houses and desist from acts that blocks drains for easy passage of the storm water.
